Bill Greene, a partner, joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in 1995 as a commercial real estate broker responsible for the retail investment division. He has sold well over two million square feet of retail property and handled multiple landlord and tenant representation transactions.                                


Recent deals include the repositioning and sale of Blackstone Place shopping center, the sale and lease of the Rite Aid portfolio for Walgreen’s and the sale of Seekonk Showcase Cinema as well as many other lease and sale transactions on behalf of CSL Plasma, Oak Street Health, MidiCi, Cumberland Farms and FatFace, a clothing and accessories retailer, based in the UK. 


Bill has worked on many recent transactions with tenants like Chipotle, Corner Bakery, The Capital Grille, Washington Trust Bank, O’Reilly Auto Parts, AutoZone, PetValu, Shell, Sonic, Pizza Hut and others.


Bill also represented many tenants in the local trade area including, CVS, Cumberland Farms, Citizens Bank, Massage Envy, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Boston Sports Clubs, Pawtucket Credit Union, National Tire & Battery among others.


In addition, Mr. Greene has represented the following national tenants in their search for space in Rhode Island; CVS, Boston Sports Club, Chase Bank, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and AT&T.

Mr. Greene is a graduate and active alumnus of the Providence Country Day School in East Providence, RI and has spent time coaching Division 1 college soccer and lacrosse at Providence College. Bill is a 1989 graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.  Mr. Greene is on the Development Board at The San Miguel School for inner-city boys in Providence and is on the Board of Directors of Trinity Repertory Company. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Jeff Finan, a partner, joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in 1990 as a commercial real estate broker.

Jeff has worked exclusively throughout Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts with General Electric, Federal Express, Leviton Manufacturing, Honeywell, Draka Cableteq, and Tiffany & Company.

Recently, Jeff sold the former 650,000 square foot Leviton Manufacturing Plant in Warwick, RI to Dean Warehouse Group and Michael Integlia & Company and concluded a 12-year lease renewal with Draka Cableteq. Also, he represented Kenwood Realty in its 10-year lease to Tunstall America, a leading provider of connected healthcare solutions. Finan also sold 2000 South County Trail, East Greenwich, RI a 140,000 square foot semi-conductor R&D facility for ON Semi-Conductor, which was redeveloped into a Class A suburban office facility and more recently a 135,000 square foot bio-tech facility in Smithfield, RI to Rubius Pharmaceutical a Cambridge, MA based biotechnology company.

Most recently, Jeff was the exclusive tenant representative for Edesia Nutrition, a local non-profit organization that manufactures specialized ready-to-use foods in its expansion of a state-of-the-art 85,000 square foot manufacturing/distribution and office facility on 10.1 acres in Quonset Business Park; a 45,000 square foot lease with A.T. Cross, one of Rhode Island's leading and most recognized companies at 299 Promenade Street in Providence; and The Macari Group which recently purchased a 234,000 square foot property at 30 Martin Street in Cumberland which is currently going through a major renovation, converting the building to Class B office space.  Currently, Finan represents several local and national distribution corporations looking to expand in Rhode Island.


Jeff is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Bridgewater State College.

David Lucivero joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in January 2004 as a commercial real estate broker. His main concentration is in the retail and investment sales division of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services.

Dave has personally sold over $300 million in real estate transactions over the past few years which include the $9 million sale of 900 Victory Highway in North Smithfield, RI; $3.1 million sale of Bell Tower Plaza in Bristol, RI; $4.8 million sale of 12-14 Breakneck Hill Road; a 40,000 square foot office park in Lincoln, RI; the $10 million sale of six Citizen Bank branches located throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts and the $7.1 million sale of Cumberland Crossings, a 46,000 square foot shopping center in Cumberland, RI.  

In addition, Dave has represented the following national and regional tenants for space and sites in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut; JP Morgan Chase, CVS/Caremark, Verizon, Cumberland Farms, Corner Bakery Café, Bank RI, as well as many others.

Dave has also worked with tenants like Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Family Dollar, Shell, IHOP, HarborOne Bank, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Washington Trust and many others.


Dave is a graduate and active alumnus of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Finance. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).


Dave currently lives in Cranston, RI with his wife and two children.

Matt Fair joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in 2007 as a commercial real estate broker. Matt works on the Office and Investment Sales team serving the needs of clients across a broad spectrum of assignments. 


Matt has been actively involved in over $100 million dollars in sale and lease transactions. His financial analysis and coordinated processes has created added value for clients from a diverse cross-section of industries through solid real estate strategy. 


Fair manages the strategic leasing efforts for several downtown Providence office buildings including the 265,000 SF Class A office tower located at 40 Westminster Street, the 200,000 SF Class A GTECH Center, and the 300,000 SF Class A tower located at 500 Exchange Street 


Since starting at Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services, Matt has worked exclusively representing: Prudential Financial, Sovereign Bank, Hobbs Brook Management, Care New England Hospitals, Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, Unilever, Wyeth, American Heart Association, Andera, ShapeUp and Textron Realty. 


Matt is an active member of the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brother Big Sisters of Rhode Island, committee member for the Providence Foundation's "Young Leaders Association", ambassador for Rhode Island Family Services' "Dining Out For Life" program, and is a past student mentor at Year-Up. 


Mr. Fair earned his bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. Matt lives in Saunderstown, RI with his wife and two children.

Steve Flachbart joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in 2018 as a commercial real estate broker.  He specializes in the office and industrial services division serving clients’ needs in both leasing and investment sales capacities.


Prior to joining Hayes & Sherry, Steve spent 14 years at JLL working in the suburban Chicago market and steadily represented approximately two million square feet of properties across multiple submarkets.  He contributed on various teams that brokered over 600 landlord and tenant representation transactions. 


During his tenure at JLL in Chicago, Steve worked exclusively with many real estate investment firms including: Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, Fulcrum Asset Advisors, LaSalle Investment Management, The Estate of James Campbell, M&J Wilkow, Spaulding and Slye Investments, Middleton Partners and the Radiological Society of North America.  His most recent assignments in Chicago ranged from 100,000 to 750,000 rentable square feet per project.  


Steve maximizes client satisfaction by understanding specific property or transaction goals and acting as a voice for clients throughout the process.  He provides cash flow analysis including estimated costs and credits to create a holistic financial impact of a deal, and negotiates all economic facets including price/rent, construction allowances and abatement.


Steve earned his Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and currently lives in Cranston, RI with his wife and two sons.

With over 30 years of experience as office manager, Mary Ann is instrumental in all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations.  She provides the highest level of support to the team and their clients to ensure a smooth operation in a busy office environment.
