Hayes & Sherry Facilitates $2.5 Million Purchase of Building in Westerly Industrial Park

 

For the second time in six months, Hayes & Sherry is at the forefront of a transaction involving the sale of a significant building in Westerly Industrial Park. In October, the firm, a Cushman & Wakefield alliance member and among New England’s leading commercial real estate brokers, facilitated the $2.5 million purchase of 1 Crosswind Road.

 

Derek Brazeau and Pete Hayes of Hayes & Sherry represented the buyer – a local individual with ties to the community – in the deal. U.S. Properties Real Estate Services of New London, CT sold the building. Previously, in June, Hayes & Sherry facilitated the sale of 2 Crosswind Road.

 

Built in 2000 and well situated within the heart of Westerly Industrial Park, 1 Crosswind Road sits on a 2.96-acre plot and features 34,815 sq. ft. of space. Thanks to its layout, the building offers versatility for its usage.
