DAVID T. LUCIVERO, Broker
David Lucivero joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in January, 2004 as a commercial real estate broker. His main concentration is in the retail investment division and office division of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services.
Mr. Lucivero has personally sold over $150 million in real estate transactions over the past few years which include the $4.8 million sale of 12-14 Breakneck Hill Road; a 40,000 square foot office park in Lincoln, RI; the $10 million sale of Guilford Shopping Center in Guilford, CT; the $10 million sale of six Citizen Bank branches located throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts and the $7 million sale of Cumberland Crossings, a 45,000 square foot shopping center. Recent lease deals include, Spectra Systems, 13,000 square feet: Planet Fitness, 15,000 square feet; Novartis, 5,000 square feet; as well as many other national and regional tenants. In addition, Mr. Lucivero has represented the following national tenants for space and sites in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut; CVS/Caremark, Sovereign Bank, Verizon, as well as many others.
Mr. Lucivero was formerly employed as a financial analyst for the commercial real estate division of Bank Rhode Island in Providence, Rhode Island where he was responsible for evaluating financial investment information and analyzing clients' credit.
Mr. Lucivero is a graduate and active alumnus of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Finance.
Mr. Lucivero is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
