MATTHEW FAIR, Broker
 Matt Fair joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in 2007 as a commercial real estate broker. His primary concentration is in the office division of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services where he focuses on Tenant Representation and Investment Sales.
Matt manages the strategic leasing efforts for several downtown Providence office buildings including the 265,000 square foot Class A office tower located at 40 Westminster Street.
Mr. Fair has been actively involved in over $50 million dollars in transactions. His financial analyses have helped clients in a diverse cross-section of industries, realize cost savings and improved efficiency through solid real estate strategy.
Since starting at Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services, Matt has worked exclusively representing: Prudential Financial, Unilever, Wyeth, American Heart Association, Andera and Forensic Risk Alliance.
Mr. Fair is an active member of the community and currently serves as a committee member for the Providence Foundation's "Young Leaders Association," an ambassador for Rhode Island Family Services' "Dining Out For Life" program, and is a past student mentor at Year-Up.
Mr. Fair earned his bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. During his time in Charleston, he interned with Merrill Lynch in their regional headquarters office.
